Company culture is good.
Heavy workload for front-line staff, with very low pay. Most entry-level positions are temporary and contract, so there is job uncertainty.
Great entry-level job to get experience. Not a long-term place to work due to low & non-competitive salary.

The salary & job stability
Heavy workload, management making it difficult for their staff to grow, tone-deaf HR department and executive team.
Do not come to this job if you have anxiety issues, and struggle to work under pressure.

Gift of time days, birthday off, study grant, hybrid work
Unrealistic targets, strict time tracking, low compensation.
If you are looking for something flexible. KPMG-JESS is the place to be. If you can't manage a fast-paced, heavy workload environment - stay far away.

The place was small and open so you got to know your colleagues more.
I know persons that stay for years and persons that leave within just a few months. They have a high turnover and its mostly customer service. So if you must, then do it, if not, try somewhere else.

Good people, decent salary, opportunities for growth
Heavy workload, responsibilities too wide, management not the best at communicating or listening to concerns for appropriate actions to be taken. Work life balance non-existent
Do your research

They used HR systems and platforms for communication, meetings, files, etc. So the environment felt somewhat modern but every other area was lacking. The fact that they hired me on the spot was the first red flag. Quest has an incredibly high turnover rate. The environment was utterly chaotic. They run that place like a gang/mob. And the appearance of even the building itself is disgusting. There's mold in the bathrooms and the rain came down hard one time and the roof came in...
Communication was terrible. They had no structure.
If you want a stable and safe environment to work in, Quest is not it. Quest = No Job Security.

Met some amazing coworkers who are still my friends to this day.
New supervisor found faults with everything I did, things that managers did not have a problem with

The knowledge I’ve gained/ currently acquiring to help others who don’t really understand this part of family security.
The workload and limited resources, if one or two person from frontline are out, it creates a domino effect
Be prepared to dedicate some time to actually put in the work.

The team

The pay and management is what I hate. As the inventory coordinator you better not have responsibilities, you have to ensure you’re still living with your parents. Use this company as a stepping stone to a greater work environment.
I only found management challenging and based on what I’ve heard he has been this way.
If working as inventory controller, hopefully you’re a woman because men tend to get treated worse.i wasn’t treated fairly and always got the stress taken out on. Imagine being shouted at for being watching the World Cup during the World Cup but when others are doing it you’re asking the scores

They had a reasonably good management system.
The workload and work hours were cruel. Indepemdent department functions were overlooked by managers decision often times. People safety and working conditions were taken for granted. Not much understanding and leniency was shown to the works. Finally the corruption of authority that have cause imdividual to lose their livelihood was a common case.
If you consider your wellbeing, mentally and physically as well as being compensated to maintain yourself or even a family which is even work if you are not a single person, please look else where.

The workers were disrespectful and there was no room for a vibe in the workplace. Everyone was rigid and rude

This place lacks basic ethical principle. It is run by a shadow hierarchy put in place by politicians for their own purpose. Dont waste your time here.
the silent and set up culture. They could kill you and no one would speak out.
