- What they liked
That it seems like a reputable company on my resume
- What was challenging
They foster a dog eat dog mentality that i cannot get onboard with. The management is not supportive of growth and encourage this mentality of fighting each other instead of fostering team work
- Their advice
Go in, get the experience, keep your head down put it on your resume then leave

- What they liked
They have a lot of events that can be fun sometimes.
- What was challenging
The culture is very toxic and there’s very little room for actual growth. The pay is also very low for most positions except maybe sales.
- Their advice
Be strategic about what you want out of the experience. Learn as much as you can, stay professional and move on.

- What they liked
Loved my team we worked well together.
- What was challenging
Six days per week the 9 hours per day

While the money and the environment is good 6 days per week is a burn out.

- What they liked
Just the pay. And you get drop home when you work the closing shift
- What was challenging
The culture is insufferable. People are ridiculed and disrespected, lact of respect and care from management and everything had to be paid for from your own pocket, food, uniform, food safety garments, shoes.
- Their advice
You can find better. Honestly.

- What they liked
Strong brands, great exposure to the FMCG industry and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop. I gained valuable experience working with distributors, customers and different areas of the business, and built relationships that I will always value.
- What was challenging
The workload and pace could be very demanding, and maintaining work-life balance was sometimes difficult. There could also be a lot of competing priorities and layers of approval, which sometimes made decision-making and execution more challenging. More consistent communication, recognition and management support would improve the employee experience.
- Their advice
It’s a good company to build your experience and develop professionally, but don’t underestimate how demanding the environment can be. Make sure you understand the expectations of the role and the team you’ll be joining. Your experience will also depend heavily on your manager and department.

PWC was a great training ground. The managers were very nice and supportive. You're surrounded by alot of young smart supportive individuals as well.
- What was challenging
Definitely the working hours. You learn yes but you work HARD.
- Their advice
If you're eager to learn and grow I would strongly consider working there.

As a officer you get to discover different places and meet new people.
- What was challenging
Management makes everything difficult due to lack of respect for officers and proper communication and the turn over rate for officers when reports are made usually takes long or gets ignored
- Their advice
You have no on to answer your questions whenever something happens with your finances.

- What they liked
Only good and stable thing about this place is the working hours
- What was challenging
Leadership does not exist.. you never know what’s coming or where the company is heading. Communication is nonexistent and because everything and everyone is so all over the place, so is your workload and expectations. Breeding ground for burnout.
Contract
- What they liked
The job itself is nice and I love it
- What was challenging
Management. It is always a friend and company kind of workplace. If you aren’t gossiping with management you are treated unfairly
- Their advice
Do your research before applying for a job there. If you have plans for career growth this is not the place.
