The sole reason I am still working here is because there aren’t any vacancies elsewhere and I also worked from home.

The compensation despite working from home as well as the flow of information in the company.

Simply don’t do it, it makes no sense financially or otherwise.

I learn alot, I could move to a different MDA when the right role comes along.

Poor leadership from the executive team. HR Management needs to Go and they more empathy people, the H in HR is non existent in that organization and they spread alot of gossip and stifle those who they feel threaten their jobs. They have no life outside of the job and expect you too.

Learn as much as you can and then leave if you're not in Tax Auditing.

There was lots of politics and internal power struggles that made the work environment particularly challenging along with a demanding schedule

Having to stand for the entire 12 hour shift to heighten "customers' experience" because God forbids if we are sitting while some one else tends to the customer/s. Also, the requirements doesn't match the pay.
- Their advice
Management and most staff were unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming while I was there. I also find them dishonest and disingenuous. Run as far away as possible or take the job at your own risk.
