What they liked: I had one excellent manager who treated the team like people and not statistics. I had him for 2 months. He was 1 of 4 managers I had.
What was challenging: Everday I went to work, I was scavenger hunting for equipment to do my job. There were always at least 2 pieces of equipment from the stations missing. One of the pieces was always a headset. The chairs were always broken, which means I didn't have proper support for my neck and back for 8 hours. I would be lucky if I could find a computer station that functioned.
Their advice: Don't consider the job. Go literally anywhere else.

What they liked: I liked the flexibility of my job
What was challenging: My biggest challenge was with senior management not properly communicating information and persons not being on the same accord. My rating would have been higher like a 4 or 5 stars, however this depends on the leader of the organization. Currently , there no fairness and accountability. While with the previous person in charge, she was simple the best. She cared for staff, she communicated and she was a visionary. Former CEO
Their advice: Go with an open mind as communication is never clear, you are over worked and never appreciated.
